We are currently looking for qualified Class 1 Owner Operators for crossborder transport to/from Canada and Washington, USA.

Key Requirements:

• Pre-employment Drug/Alcohol Testing must clear initial exam and join our random testing pool
• Minimum Age: 23 years
• Clear Driving Abstract and a clean safety record
• Experience: At least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer and cross-border driving experience
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and axle weight restrictions
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, with the ability to follow both written and oral instructions
• Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Physical Fitness: Able to perform required vehicle inspections and related duties
• Travel: Must be able to travel to and from the USA
• Background Check: Clean criminal background required

Key Responsibilities:

• Hooking and unhooking trailers
• Live pick-ups and deliveries
• Conducting thorough pre/post-trip inspections to ensure safety compliance
• Adhering to all safety standards and regulatory guidelines, including the proper use of electronic logs
• Providing outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly attitude
• Maintaining clean, well-presented equipment
• Upholding personal hygiene and a positive, can-do attitude

We are currently looking to hire a member with a flexible schedule to join our call-center team located in Surrey, BC.

Desired qualifications:

• Previous inbound call-center experience (transport industry preferred)
• Customer service focused
• Multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Maintain a calm & collected demeanor when under pressure
• Solution driven with a focus on follow-through
• Both oral and written communication skills; ability to draft a business letter.
• Keyboarding speed min. 35 WPM.
• Part-time availability M-F 8am to 12noon with flexibility

Although desired qualifications & Industry knowledge are assets, training is provided to promising candidates. The position is currently part-time M-F 8am to 12noon but flexibility is required for more hours as coverage is needed.
